Key & Keyless Access

No need to worry about lost keys or cards.  

At activechalets six.nine.eight we use an app-based, keyless locking system. 

Approximately 1-2 weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email from the following address that will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking: 

MobileKey-SimonVoss@allegion.com 

It will include a request to download the key4friends app. 

To register you will be provided with a code, which is then sent by SMS to the cell phone number provided. 

From then on your cell phone will also function as a key, allowing you access to the house, apartment and all communal areas during your stay. 

The activated keys are only visible as active starting from 16:00 on the day of arrival. The app will only work for the email address and cell phone number provided at the time of booking, therefore a transfer to other cell phones is not possible. We allow any number of additional persons to be activated for the apartment – within a few minutes simply send an email or call the contact below while booking or at any time during your stay. Include the booking name and the corresponding e-mail address.

If the app does not work or a chip is preferred as a key replacement instead, there is a token in the safe next to the ski room. One safe is designated per apartment corresponding to the apartment number. The safe code will be sent in advance.
